Plant seeds and spread ez-straw

We prepared and seeded a 13,000-square-foot front and back yard by first clearing debris and loosening the top layer of soil to create good seed-to-soil contact. After leveling uneven areas, we evenly spread grass seed across the entire property using a broadcast spreader to ensure full coverage. Once the seed was applied, we covered the area with EZ-Straw mulch to help retain moisture, protect the seeds from erosion and birds, and support healthy germination. Finally, we lightly watered the lawn to activate the seed and establish optimal growing conditions for new grass.
